Consultation
Movement consultation: designed for individuals seeking to optimize participation in a structured exercise or physical activity program. Providing customized options for exercise and other self-care activities tailored to your movement, sport, or fitness goals. For people looking to better understand strength and conditioning best practices, get another set of eyes on a movement problem, optimize weightlifting or resistance training ergonomics, or otherwise minimize risk for injury. Movement Consultation will prompt a thorough biomechanical assessment for the individual/end user based on their specific goals and concerns.
Choose Ergonomics Consultation for assessment and individualized recommendations at home, office or otherwise specialized workstations or environments.
Choose Professional Consultation for tailored solutions to unique situations, including facility design, workflow, competition preparation, or other specific guidance. Choose Professional Consultation to book an educational inservice for your team or staff, or for special appearances at your facility or event.

Physical Therapy
Treatment provided by a physical therapist that helps people improve their movement and physical function, manage pain and other chronic conditions, and recover from and prevent injury and chronic disease. Available in Massachusetts only at this time; patients are required to be physically present in the state of Massachusetts at the time of their appointment.
Coaching
Guidance and individualized programming to meet specific fitness (e.g. 40yd dash, vertical jump, 1.5mi run, 5k), exercise process (e.g. complete 3 resistance training sessions per week for 12 weeks) or outcome (e.g. Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting totals), body composition, or weight management goals. Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease; not intended to substitute for medical advice or healthcare services rendered by an otherwise qualified provider.
